Lash enhancement — also called lash liner — is a permanent makeup technique where soft pigment is placed between the lashes, not on the eyelid. The result is fuller-looking lashes and more defined eyes without any visible liner. It is not eyeliner and not lash extensions.

Does permanent makeup hurt?

Most clients do not find it painful. Topical numbing cream is applied before and during every procedure at Restore Studio. Many clients fall asleep during their appointment.
