Because there's a lot of confusion around this, let me be direct.
Lash enhancement is not eyeliner. Eyeliner sits on the eyelid, above the lash line, and creates a visible line of color. Lash enhancement sits between the lashes and creates no visible line at all.
Lash enhancement is not lash extensions. Extensions attach synthetic lashes to your natural ones and require regular infill appointments. Lash enhancement uses pigment only — nothing is added to your lashes, nothing needs to be maintained every few weeks.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your lash enhancement appointment at Restore Studio takes approximately 2 hours and includes a full consultation at the start. Here's how it goes:
We begin with a conversation about your goals and what you're hoping to achieve. Then topical numbing is applied — by the time we begin the procedure the area is completely numb. Most clients are surprised by how comfortable it is. Some feel light pressure or a gentle vibration. Very few describe any discomfort at all.
The pigment is then carefully placed between your lashes — only between them, never on the eyelid. The entire process is precise, controlled, and performed in a sterile environment.
You'll leave with aftercare instructions and everything you need to heal well.
Does It Hurt?
This is the question I get asked most before lash appointments, and the honest answer is: rarely. Topical numbing is applied before and during the procedure. Most clients are completely comfortable throughout. A few feel a light tickle or pressure. Almost no one would describe it as painful.
