How long do powder brows last?

Powder brows typically last 1 to 3 years depending on skin type, sun exposure, lifestyle, and aftercare. Most clients refresh their color every 1 to 2 years. A perfecting touch-up is available at 8 weeks post-procedure for $125.

What is lash enhancement?

Lash enhancement — also called lash liner — is a permanent makeup technique where soft pigment is placed between the lashes, not on the eyelid. The result is fuller-looking lashes and more defined eyes without any visible liner. It is not eyeliner and not lash extensions.

Does permanent makeup hurt?

Most clients do not find it painful. Topical numbing cream is applied before and during every procedure at Restore Studio. Many clients fall asleep during their appointment.

I'm Tina, a licensed permanent makeup artist based in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii, and I've been helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin for over 6 years.

I was raised in Palolo Valley by immigrant parents from Vietnam, who instilled in me the importance of hard work, resilience, and taking pride in every detail — values that continue to guide me in everything I do today.

My approach is simple: enhance your natural features in a way that feels effortless, timeless, and true to you. I specialize in soft, natural-looking brows and subtle lash enhancements that simplify your daily routine so you can wake up ready to go, without needing to "put your face on." Whether it's your first time or you're coming in for a touch-up, you'll always receive personalized care, a clean and calming space, and results that complement your unique beauty — not copy someone else's trend.
