Studio Policies
To create a smooth, respectful experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following studio policies. These guidelines are in place to protect your time, my time, ensure the best results, and keep appointments running efficiently.
Guests, Children & Pets
For safety, hygiene, and focus, please do not bring guests, children, or pets to your appointment. This allows us to maintain a calm, clean, and distraction-free environment for your service.
Late Policy
Punctuality is essential to provide the best service for every client.
• 10 minutes late: A $20 late fee will be added to your total
• 15+ minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to rebook
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to reschedule.
Rescheduling Policy
I completely understand that life happens. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge.
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 reschedule fee will be applied in addition to your deposit. No-shows or cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit, and a new deposit is required to reschedule.
Please be respectful of my time, as I am respectful of yours. If you are feeling unwell or know you won’t be able to make your appointment, kindly let me know as soon as possible rather than the day of your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the spot to another client on my waitlist.
Respect and consideration are expected at all times when it comes to scheduling and communication. These policies are in place to protect my time, ensure fairness, and maintain the quality of service I provide to every client. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, consultation fees, and services rendered. No refunds will be issued if you change your mind after booking, after the service is completed, or if the healed result is not what you expected.
By booking, you acknowledge and understand the nature of cosmetic and paramedical tattooing, that results vary by individual, and that outcomes are assessed after the full healing timeline. Please proceed only if you feel confident, ready to move forward, and have realistic expectations.
Client Conduct Policy
Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any rude, disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal or immediate termination of service without refund.
Right to Refuse Service
Restore Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients.
Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal items with you at all times. Restore Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during your visit.
Full Disclosure & Final Note
At Restore Studio, your comfort, safety, and experience are always the priority. Every treatment is approached with honesty, care, and realistic expectations. Because permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing are both an art and a healing process, results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and any previous work.
